Because of my rural address, I do most of my shopping online and have for years ... I have never had a package arrive that fast! As it turns out, I needed the items by Saturday but had resigned myself to the fact that my gift would be late. You really made my day! Thank you very much!

- Nine-year-old Lauren's gift arrived today with a day to spare. You really came through for me. But she's a huge horse person, already an amazing rider who always just seems at one with every horse she rides. Sunday, Lauren and the family leave on a cruise, and the beach towel was the perfect gift, a really beautiful design! I didn't have a place to go to first when looking for a gift for her, but I do now! Thanks for your terrific service!

Hi, I just received the 3 ornaments I ordered. Your speedy service is great and the products look even nicer than their pictures. Each year I get an ornament for our children to match the neatest thing that happened in their year. My daughter, who has autism, started taking Therapeutic riding and has found a new sense of confidence. Thank you for having the perfect ornament to show her that. The other two ornaments are going to make great gifts for her therapists.

As I am sure you can tell I have been on almost daily for weeks (I have also got friends ordering from you)anyway, I was wondering if you will be getting more of the Home Run Tapestry pillow shams in before Christmas. I am redoing my little girls bedroom in the horse theme. I have the bedspread set in my cart but would like and extra pillow sham to match. I recently purchased a beautiful horse pictured beach towel, the towel was unavailable in the UK. I knew the price I would expect to pay in the Uk and Equine Promotions Horse Gifts more than matched the UK price, it was actually cheaper. I emailed them to enquire about shipping costs as this could have added to the value, and this was my first purchase from abroad. However, I was pleasantly surprised. I received positive friendly replies and I was given various options and prices as to how I would like my item shipped, all within my budget. Once I agreed this was all ok, only then was my account debited, and the item shipped. Another bonus point for this company was that I was not ripped off with the shipping costs. All in all an excellent service, my towel arrived 4 days later and the total cost was cheaper than a UK towel I purchased. I wouldnt hesitate in recommending them or using them again. I had been looking for a location that carried Gy-Gy rocking horses and came upon Equine Promotions. The price was fine and the shipping was free. Happy to find they had a secure site for my credit card order, they acknowledged my order via e-mail and let me know when it shipped. It was here on time and looks lovely! The product that I purchased was of high quality. The product was shipped out within 24 hours of my order and that was including the time they had to wait for me to return their call because I gave an incorrect zip code for where the gift was suppose to be sent. I ordered the gift 5 days prior to the birthday and the receiver got it on his birthday. Thanks for such a great experience. The person I spoke with was really nice and did a great job not making me feel silly for the incorrect information given. (August 6)
